一、The Reservation and Check-In Information

Welcome to I Sky Villa, to maintain the quality and safety of accommodation, here is accommodation rules, please abide it, thank you!

1、 After confirmation of the booking, please make 30% of the total room fare as a deposit payment.
2、Please assure the actual no. of pax is according booking, if more than the booking the Minsu may not be able to accommodate it to maintain the quality of stay.
3、Check-In time is after 15:00, Check-Out time is next day's morning before 11:00.
4、Accommodation including breakfast. Breakfast timing is morning 08:00-09:00.
5、Indoor is all non-smoking.
6、Please take your shoes off and change into indoor slippers, indoor slippers do not wear to the outdoors.
7、Lobby for the common use of space, please keep it clean. Books and magazines and other items after use please return to the original place. Personal items do not retained in the hall. The hall has a water dispenser, please make use of it.
8、To maintain the garden clean, do not barbecue in the garden or cooking food.
9、After 10pm please keep a quiet space for a relax and quiet holiday.
10、Pets are not allowed.
11、In addition to the interior to provide a disposable toilet articles, other items do not take away; in response to environmental protection, welcome owned Toiletries.
12、Do not move in any interior decoration (such as beds)。
13、Do not use a gas stove or cooker and other dangerous items in the room.
14、When leaving the room, please pick the door locked, please take good care of yourself of value items; when check out please be sure to return the key .
15、Amenities: Free Wi-Fi access provided.

二、Payment Mode

After confirmation of the booking, please make 30% of the total room fare as a deposit payment in 3 working days.
If you are from overseas, you could make the deposit payment via below:
1.Paypal Online Link (Malaysia, Hongkong, Japan and other countries)
2.Our Overseas Bank Account(Singapore & Mainland China)

Cancellation Policy：(According Consumer Protection Law)
a. Before the 14th day of arrival date, refundable deposit all, need deduct the transaction fee if any;
b. Before the 10th to 13th day of arrival date, refundable deposit of 70%, need deduct the transaction fee if any;
c. Before the 7th to 9th day of arrival date, refundable deposit of 50%, need deduct the transaction fee if any;
d. Before the 4th to 6th day of arrival date, refundable deposit of 40%, need deduct the transaction fee if any;
e. Before the 2nd to 3rd day of arrival date, refundable deposit of 30%, need deduct the transaction fee if any;
f. Before one day of arrival date, refundable deposit of 20%, need deduct the transaction fee if any;
g. On the arrival date, non-refundable deposit.
